It has come to my attention that a certain well-known fast food chain is providing its customers "honey sauce" that is really predominantly High-Fructose Corn Syrup. I won't mention any names, but the initials are KFC.
As a producer of real, pure, natural, wild-flower honey, I am appalled. Real honey is a "miracle of nature," and one of the healthiest sweeteners available. High-fructose corn syrup, on the other hand, is widely accepted as having little going for it other than the fact that it is sweet and cheap.
If you use Twitter, and have more than a handful of people you follow, you have experienced what I call the 'fire hose' phenomenon. That is when you get inundated with tweets, most of which are of little or no interest to you. Trying to get any useful data from the Twitter stream is like trying to get a drink of water from a fire hose: you get soaked, but you're still thirsty.
